Spring 2017 Water and Beachfront Update

Wow! It’s all happening in Mooloolaba at the moment, starting with Culbara Street, which fronts onto Tucker Creek and the Baronga Broadwater. There are five new builds in this street alone, with two of them being significant townhouses/duplexes. Ryan Designer Homes is leading the way, with Hamptons-style duplexes with one selling for more than $1.7 million before a sod of soil was even turned a great result for the area.

Plus, there’s another major north-east waterfront home being built at 27 Carwoola Crescent on a property that was bought two Christmases ago for just under $3 million for a bulldoze. As a 665sqm allotment, that equals $4,496 per square metre, making it the most expensive property per square metre on the waterfront.

On the other side of Brisbane Road, another large home is being built. This property, at the end of Carrothool Place, is once again being built by Ryan Designer Homes.

In Minyama there are seven homes being finished off on Mooloolah Drive, Mooloolah Island, Coomaroo Crescent, Birubi Street, Kumbada Court, and two on Myoora Court. Number 19 Myoora Court has just been flattened and is ready for another stunning home.

Plus, the other weekend there was a great $1.6 million sale of a block of land at 21 Kumbada Court on the main canal. The local buyers are looking forward to building another beautiful home, which they’re renowned for!

Buddina is not being left out, with a large home almost completed on the north side of Kooringal Crescent, while another property has been bulldozed facing the marina on Adaluma Avenue, making way for a new build to take its place among the other multi-million-dollar homes in the street. There are also major renovations happening in Harbour Parade and Pacific Boulevard, taking advantage of this great beachside location, and who would not want to live there!
