The 5 billion dollar development Kawana Oceanside is being built around this great location and over 10,000 people will be housed within 2 kilometres of the beach.

Then we have the new Maroochydore CBD with office buildings, shops and 2000 apartments springing up. The Horton Park Golf Club is set to tee off in their new location along the Maroochy River.
